Ingredients
- 0145 ml Irish whiskey
- 02120 ml hot coffee
- 031 tsp brown sugar
- 0430 ml heavy cream, lightly whipped
Preparation
- 1Stir whiskey, sugar, and coffee together in a warmed glass until sugar dissolves.
- 2Lightly whip the cream until it is thick but still pourable.
- 3Float the cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- 4Serve immediately without stirring.
